Return Policy on Private Sessions Only

·         All sessions must be paid up front no less than 48 hours prior to the start of the package to book/ reserve the time of your session. All program payments are divided by the span (Months) of the program selected.

·         All charges will be held in escrow until the completion of the session or a late cancellation.

·         All sessions are valid up to one year after purchase.

·         You may freeze your sessions at any time prior to the one year expiration date at no extra charge.  But the sessions must be completed before or at the expiration date.

·         You may extend your sessions past the one year expiration pending a doctor's note, official business, or moving beyond our traveling limits.

·         If at anytime during the period of one year you choose to cancel your package, you will receive a refund on all unused sessions plus a $25 cancellation fee as per your agreement.

·         Any and all sessions are non transferable from person to person.  (Sessions are specific to the needs and goals of our client.  Transferring sessions would require a new health and fitness evaluation and designing a totally new program that is client specific.)

·         If for any reason you choose to cancel your program prior to the first session, you may do so 48 hours after your purchase with no penalties. 

  Return Policy on Group Sessions Only

·         All sessions must be paid up front no less than 48 hours prior to the start of the package group class or camp.

·         After payment is received you have a 48 hour period in-which to ask for a refund with no penalties. (Before your first session)

·         After the 48 hour grace period, group sessions are non-refundable without a doctors note or if you're moving beyond our service area.

·         There will be a $25 cancellation fee.

·         You may transfer your sessions to another person with prior notification at no extra charge.

·         You may have another person attend a class or camp in your place for any day you will be absent, with prior notification.
