Enjoy learning different styles of Latin, African, Belly and
Hip Hop dance in a fun and
energetic environment. Our instructors have been teaching dance classes
for years and they love what they do. During the course of the class
you'll learn a series of steps and before the end, the instructor will put it
all together. You'll be dancing in no time, working up a good sweat and
getting that heart rate going. This is a great class for everyone from
beginners to advanced or if you just want to have some cardio fun. Cardio
dance sessions are offered as a part of your fitness training
program. During the evaluation you may request to focus on cardio
dance training. Your trainer will then make cardio dance 50% of your total
program in addition to fitness training. Or, you can specify cardio dance
training in the comments section of the ordering process.

*All programs include a free health & fitness readiness evaluation. The evaluation includes a health history questionnaire, resting heart rate and target heart rate determination, blood pressure and pulse test, body fat composition, weight assessment, and respiratory evaluation. The fitness readiness test will include kinetic chain movement assessment. This assessment will determine the level of training to be provided by your personal trainer. Your trainer will ultimately design a regimen specifically suited to fit your body and help achieve the results you desire. A dietetic analysis is strongly recommended to better help you achieve your goals.
